• By booking with Lands End Camping and Glamping you agree you have read, understand and will adhere to the campsite rules
• It is your responsibility to read the site rules and abiding by the rules therein. Not reading the rules is not an excuse for infringement. It is your responsibility to ensure that all members of your party understand the site rules and conditions of bookings
• Check-in times are between:

  »  12:00pm - 7:00pm for pitches
  »   3:30pm - 7:00pm for glamping pods

• Deposits are nonrefundable or transferable
• Refunds cannot be given to visitors that depart prior to the end of their stay
• Refunds will not be given for inclement weather
• Deposits to be made via BACS transfer
• Balance to be paid minimum 2 weeks before arrival
• Please note we do not accept cheques
• Please ensure you have read our cancellation policy prior to booking

Advanced bookings

We advise that all pitches are booked in advance. A deposit of 40% is required within 48 hours of receiving confirmation email to confirm a booking, with the balance payable minimum 2 weeks before arrival.

Group bookings

Due to the increasingly busy nature of our site we take a maximum of 6 units in a group. As this is a family site we are unable to accept hen or stag groups or single sex groups of a similar nature.

Provisional bookings

Without a deposit to secure will be re-let.

Hook up

Hook ups are a 16amp supply, the hookups can be up to 25m from pitch, only official hookup leads to be used (please don't fit a blue plug to a standard cable reel as these can be very dangerous and won't be permitted). Hook ups need to have a male plug to the hook up point. Only one hook up to be used per pitch.

Requests

While every effort will be made to allocate your booked pitch, no guarantee can be given especially during wet weather.

Bank Holidays

Minimum of 3 nights stay on all pitches during Easter & Bank holidays.

Visitors

We welcome day visitors to the site, but please inform us in advance of arrival. Please note, all visitor's cars must be left in the main carpark. Any visitors who end up staying overnight please check in on 07376 535 822 & pay.
